Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

• On which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods;

• In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the day you or a third party took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us:

with a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them—whichever is earlier.

 

 Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

• For goods made to customer specifications or personalized.
